After gaining over 15 years of experience with a variety of non-profit organizations and over 5 years of experience in full-cycle grant work, Joy M. Maxwell, MPH MSW resigned her full-time (with excellent benefits!) job to found Ark Advising, LLC in 2019. 

Today, our vision is for our clients to become our partners where they have the resources to abundantly serve their target population while experiencing less stress.
